I’m Nathan, a young property investor situated in the North East of England, I first got into property in 2019 and I’ve never looked back, building on my passion every day as I look to continuously learn and improve my existing wealth of knowledge. My initial goal was to build a self-sustaining and diverse property portfolio consisting of buy to lets, HMO’s, Commerical as well as a variety of buy to flip projects.
Prior to my property journey, my background was in commerical & residential mortgage lending, following this I soon found myself working in commerical property management, managing a portfolio in excess of £50m spanning across the North of England. When in this field, I quickly began to network with agents, auctioneers, solicitors, builders & suppliers allowing me to create a competent team who I can now rely on in every project I undertake.
